Can I apply my unused tickets to next season?
Current seven-show subscribers can apply 120% of the value of their remaining tickets for Bandstand, An American in Paris and Miss Saigon to their automatic renewal for the 2020-2021 Broadway Series. If you choose to renew at a later date, you will still be able to use 110% of the value of your tickets to the next season. These offers are NOT valid for any unused tickets for shows prior to Bandstand.
Does the extra 120% value apply to my add-on tickets?
If you choose to opt into the Loyal Subscriber Program, your 120% will apply to add-on tickets.
I know that I'm going to miss one of the shows within my subscription series. What can I do?

Broadway package holders can exchange their tickets into another performance of the same show, give their tickets to family, friends or employees, or donate them to a nonprofit as a fundraising item.

I'm a Broadway package holder and I want to bring additional guests to some of the other Broadway shows. Will we be able to sit together?

Broadway package holders can purchase additional tickets at their discounted rate.  Depending on your seat location, you may want to switch into an alternate performance to ensure you and your guests get the best seats possible. Call the box office at today to disuss your options.

I'm not sure I can afford a subscription. What are my options?

We want to make sure that the theatre is accessible to all. When you compare our pricing to other theaters, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much more convenient and economical it is to drive, park and see national Broadway tours at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory. Interest-free payment plans are also available for all Broadway packages.

I've already seen one of the shows. Why should I see it again?
While touring shows keep the same script and sets, we're always suprised at how a new cast can create a fresh and exciting experience. And now is your chance to share Broadway in Worcester with a friend! The more the merrier! Maybe you know someone who wouldn't normally attend a Broadway musical, but might enjoy a nice evening out. Why not gift your tickets for one of your shows to a friend?
