Frequently Asked Questions

What if a member of my group is unable to attend a Broadway show due to illness at the "last minute"?
Please do not risk your safety or the safety of others when feeling ill.  Kindly call the box office at 877.571.7469 prior to curtain time and we will exchange your Broadway subscription seats into another performance or another Broadway show.
What safety measures is the theatre taking?
The theatre staff is anticipating that the Broadway tours will return to full schedules and full capacity audiences in the fall. Our theatre will continue to post updates to our COVID 19 safety measures accessible from our home page. The theatre will be requiring all patrons to wear masks, take a health screening and to sanitize their hands upon entry to the theatre. The actor unions will be implementing safety measures as well for the tours. If you feel conditions make it unsafe to attend a show, please take advantage of our Broadway Subscriber ticket exchange policy.
I know that I'm going to miss one of the shows within my subscription series. What can I do?

Seven-show subscribers can exchange their tickets into ANY performance or show in the Broadway series. As always subscribers can also give their tickets to family, friends or employees, or donate them to a nonprofit as a fundraising item.

I'm a Broadway package holder and I want to bring additional guests to some of the other Broadway shows. Will we be able to sit together?

Broadway package holders can purchase additional tickets at their discounted rate.  Depending on your seat location, you may want to switch into an alternate performance to ensure you and your guests get the best seats possible. Call the box office at today to disuss your options.

I'm not sure I can afford a subscription. What are my options?

We want to make sure that the theatre is accessible to all. When you compare our pricing to other theaters, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much more convenient and economical it is to drive, park and see national Broadway tours at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory. Interest-free payment plans are also available for all Broadway packages.

I've already seen one of the shows. Why should I see it again?
While touring shows keep the same script and sets, we're always suprised at how a new cast can create a fresh and exciting experience. And now is your chance to share Broadway in Worcester with a friend! The more the merrier! Maybe you know someone who wouldn't normally attend a Broadway musical, but might enjoy a nice evening out. Why not gift your tickets for one of your shows to a friend?
