Subscriber FAQs
When will I get my tickets?
If you selected Print at Home / Mobile (2024-2025 Subscription) as your ticket delivery method, your digital tickets were delivered on Thursday, August 15. Look for the buttons to save each ticket to your Apple Wallet or print the attached PDF.
If you selected Mail (2024-2025 Subscription) as your ticket delivery method, your tickets will be put into the mail at the end of August and delivered via USPS.
How do I get to the theatre and where can I park?
Whether you’re driving and parking in a nearby garage, taking public transportation or simply walking from a nearby attraction, getting to the theatre is a breeze. The closest garage to the theatre is the Federal Plaza Garage. After the Federal Plaza Garage, the next closest are the McGrath (Library) Lot and the Worcester Common Garage. Limited drop off areas are available on Main Street and the short connecting road between Southbridge Street and Main Street.
Can I pre-purchase parking?
