We had a tremendous turnout for the Red Carpet Reporter Contest auditions, and we’d like to thank all those who came out to audition at WCRN 830AM studio and The Mall at Whitney Field last weekend. It takes a lot of courage to stand up in front of a camera, and all contestants proved they were shining stars. It was very difficult to choose just three finalists, but we’re very pleased to announce Katie Tyler, Ken Newell, and Susan Connole have advanced to the final round!
We now turn to you, our trusty theatre patrons, to help us choose our very first red carpet reporter. Join us tomorrow at 5PM for the 2014-15 Broadway Series Preview Party to see these three finalists compete for the grand prize. One lucky winner will be chosen as the red carpet reporter for JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT. The winner will mingle with guests, recording their feedback and comments about the show. They’ll also enjoy the royal treatment with hair & makeup, dinner for two, limo transportation, and tickets to the show. Their report will be broadcast on Behind the Scenes with The Hanover Theatre the Saturday following the performance on WCRN AM830 from 1-2PM.
