Youth Ballet Company

The company is comprised of students between the ages of 12 and 20. Students are distinguished by Apprentice, Junior and Senior Company divisions. Only the topmost dancers are selected for this company by invitation only.

The Youth Ballet Company was created to give young, capable dancers a pre-professional experience for a professional dance lifestyle, this includes:

• A rigorous schedule in dance training (up to 20 hours per week)
• Attending rehearsals three to four times a week to learn numerous compositions in diverse styles of dance
• Performing on stage with full energy, desire and commitment, sometimes twice in a day
• Scheduled master classes with the topmost master teachers throughout the country

Requirements:
Dancers must be between the ages of 12-20 years old.
Female dancers must wear classical ballet attire.
Dancers who have had at least 1 year of pointe work, please bring pointe shoes.
Male dancers must wear a white t-shirt and black tights.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out registration paperwork.
No resumes required. Please bring headshot measuring 5×7 or larger.

There is no fee to audition. See class registration for apprentice, junior and senior company tuition fees.
