This Contemporary Acro Training course will challenge a student's technique and help them to explore the many ways our bodies can move through space.
Fusing classical training, abstract movements and acrobatic elements this class will help the student gain more choices to flow, transition and travel with artistry and strength. Within this class you will be introduced to the concepts of limbering, progressions, counter balance, bridgework, contortion, partnering skills and light tumbling while embedding acro into a contemporary outlook and approach. Mats will be used within the class for safety purposes in gaining familiarity with the movements learned in the course.
