Improve your flexibility with this 60-minute stretching flow for adults, including hamstring stretches, glute stretches, hip openers, twists, and splits.
Gain strength with targeted resistance work using TheraBand to enhance range of motion, improve stability, and prevent injuries. Lastly, a gentle introduction to Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) where you will develop strength, proper alignment, and technique.
