At The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts, we believe in nurturing a passion for the performing arts in artists of today and tomorrow. Our annual auditions for two beloved holiday productions, The Nutcracker and A Christmas Carol, along with Youth Summer Programs and opportunities to join our repertory company, THT Repertory (THT Rep), are the gateway to a world of theatrical excellence.
Local Auditions
Worc at Play auditions for Greater Worcester-Area residents ages 18 and up, will be held by appointment from 6-9pm at the Jean McDonough Arts Center on September 22. Click here for more information.
Past Auditions
Open auditions for our resident Youth Acting Company were held on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
Youth performer auditions for the 2025 production of The Nutcracker were held on Sunday, September 7 at The Hanover Theatre. Information on casting can be found here.
Youth performer auditions for the 2025 production of A Christmas Carol were held on Sunday, September 7. Youth casting will be completed by or before September 30.
Our Equity Principal Auditions for A Christmas Carol were held on June 23. Adult casting is complete.
Our Equity Principal Auditions for THT Rep’s 25/26 season were held May 30 and June 1.
