Pre-Pointe
This class is designed to concentrate on preparing students for pointe work.
In this 45-minute class, students will practice barre exercises, use Thera-bands and other props to help achieve flexibility in their feet as well as strengthening their ankles and legs. Those students deemed ready for pointe work will do all barre exercises on pointe in the semester. Second semester pointe students will be introduced to small, controlled work. This class will perform in Spring Reflection scheduled for May 18, 2025.
