The Youth Ballet Company of Worcester is the resident youth company of The Hanover Theatre Conservatory for dancers ages 10 to 21.

Members are placed in one of four divisions: Focus Group, Apprentice, Junior Company, or Senior Company. Dancers are selected through invitation or open-call auditions.
