These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory’s (“our”) website (“Site”). Please read the terms in full before using our Site. Our Site, images, data, text, audios, videos, photographs, custom graphics, logos, button icons, descriptions and all other material provided, and the collection and compilation and assembly thereof are the exclusive property of The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory or the Jean McDonough Arts Center, both owned and operated by Worcester Center for Performing Arts, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
The contents of our Site may be used for informational purposes only. Any other use of such contents, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the contents without our prior written consent is expressly forbidden. We hold all rights to the content on this Site.
As a condition of your use of the Site, you will not use the Site, or any contents or services, for any purpose that is unlawful in any applicable jurisdiction where our Site is being used, or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
Tickets purchased through this website or our ticketing platform are intended solely for personal use and may not be purchased with the intent to resell. The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine that a purchase was made with the intent to resell tickets. If such a determination is made, The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory may void the applicable tickets without refund and may suspend or terminate the purchaser’s account and access to future ticket purchases.
While every effort is made for the timeliness and accuracy of the Site content and services, we make no warranties either express or implied, and assume no liability or responsibility for the completeness, use, accuracy, reliability, correctness, timeliness or usefulness, of any of the results obtained from its use.

The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory’s SMS marketing solution is used by The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory to improve your shopping experience. By consenting to The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications in relation to your order, including without limitation text marketing offers and transactional texts, such as product information and offers and requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you do not wish to receive such text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us. We may send a text in response confirming your request to us.
