Beginner’s Improv II (Grades 7-8) Spring
Prerequisite: 1-2 years of Beginner’s Improv I or permission from instructor.
Students who have completed Beginner’s Improv I build upon the foundations of improvisation by learning tactics to spark creativity in the moment and tools to aid in preparedness. Students delve more intensely into key concepts such as commitment, communication, relationship building, “yes, and” and scene building. Games and exercises are taken to the next level and students continue learning about spontaneity, making choices and being supportive of their classmates. Improv classes are a great way to supplement your acting and drama studies.
