Support our mission
Membership is our thank-you to any donor who makes a gift of $100 or more each year. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on tax-deductible donations to maintain our historic theatre, underwrite our school and community engagement programs, provide need-based conservatory scholarships, and even support our mainstage season–ticket sales only cover a portion of the cost for these activities.
In return, we gratefully offer members an array of benefits that will enhance your experience every time you walk through our doors, from advance notice of new shows and invitations to behind-the-scenes events, to complimentary parking and, for Franklin Square Society members, access to the historic Franklin Square Salon.
The Hanover Theatre was created with tremendous support from the community, and our members continue that legacy with their annual contributions. Their investment makes our work possible, and that is something to celebrate.

Understudy Level Benefits
Understudy Level ($25 to $99) donors receive the following member benefits:
- Two tickets to each Wurlitzer Concert
Friend Level Benefits
Friend Level ($100 to $199) donors receive the following member benefits:
- All of the above PLUS:
- Early access to purchase tickets to most shows
- Two tickets to Historic and Architectural tours
- 10% discount on The Hanover Theatre & Conservatory merchandise
- Discounts at local restaurants and business partners
Patron Level Benefits
Patron Level ($200 to $374) donors receive all of the above, plus:
- All of the above PLUS:
- Two complimentary tickets to each of our silent film events
- Recognition in Broadway series programs
Associate Level Benefits
Associate Level ($375 to $749) donors receive all of the above, plus:
- All above benefits PLUS
- Single use guest pass (valid for two people) featuring complimentary parking
behind the Theatre and beverages in the Franklin Square Salon before shows and
during intermission - Two additional complimentary tickets to our silent film events
Supporter Level Benefits
Supporter Level ($750 to $1,499) donors receive all of the above, plus:
- All above benefits PLUS
- One additional single use guest pass (valid for two people) featuring
complimentary parking behind the Theatre, and beverages in the Franklin Square
Salon before shows and during intermission
Franklin Square Society Benefits
Franklin Square Society ($1,500+) donors receive all of the above, plus:
- All of the above benefits PLUS
- First opportunity to buy tickets for most non-Broadway touring productions
- Access to the best available seats via concierge service
- Two membership cards (good for two people) for free onsite parking and access to the Franklin Square Salon with complimentary bar service
- Two additional guest passes
- Validated parking at Federal Square Garage for THT Rep performances
- Special insider FSS e-newsletter, “Betty’s Buzz”
We feel fortunate to be able to support the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, not only annually as members of the Franklin Square Society, but by being members of the 1926 Legacy Society. By doing so, we trust that the efforts of The Hanover Theatre will continue to enhance the community, not only through its productions and programs, but also by creating a truly bright spot in the city of Worcester.
