Pre-Pointe – SUMMER

This class is designed to concentrate on preparing students for pointe work.

In this class, students will practice barre exercises, and use Thera-bands and other props to help achieve flexibility in their feet as well as strengthening their ankles and legs.

Schedule: One 60 min. class/week (11 weeks)
