Dance - Ballet

Pre-Pointe (Recommended for Primary 2 and up)

This class is designed to concentrate on preparing students for pointe work.

In this 30 min. class, students will practice barre exercises, use Thera-bands and other props to help achieve flexibility in their feet as well as strengthening their ankles and legs.

Schedule: One 30 min. class/week
