PBT Mixed Level – SUMMER

A ballet instructor in black leads a class of young students who are seated on the floor in a dance studio. The students mimic her arm movements while holding small pink exercise balls. Mirrors and ballet barres line the walls.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed by Marie Walton-Mahon to enhance students' technique, focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance.

It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through advanced levels. Classes are taught by our PBT-certified instructors. Summer classes are mixed level.

Schedule: One 60 min. class/week (11 weeks)
