Equity Principle Auditions

One AEA contract is available for the following roles:
 
[LUCY] ANY ETHNICITY, 20s-30s, Female Identifying. The ‘life of the party’. Must be good with harmonies. STRONG DANCER.
 
[DICK WILKINS] ANY ETHNICITY, 20s-30s, Male Identifying. Fezziwig’s Clerk. Must be good with harmonies. STRONG DANCER PREFERRED. 
 
[GHOST OF CHRISTMAS PAST] Female identifying, 10-12 years old; seemingly innocent, but with immeasurable knowledge and wisdom. SOPRANO. Dance ability a plus. 
 
Both union and non-union applicants will be considered. Must have access to local housing.

Auditions sides can be downloaded here and will be provided at the time of requesting an appointment. Please prepare a short song or 16 bars, holiday or traditional Broadway preferred. An accompanist and reader will be provided. Please provide a headshot and two copies of your resume. An appointment is strongly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.


Youth Auditions

Performers ages 18 and under

Please note that this production is a major time commitment and will be your first priority over other activities. You will miss some school during the tech week and the four (4) student matinees.

Available Roles:

[GHOST OF CHRISTMAS PAST] Female identifying, 10-12 years old; seemingly innocent, but with immeasurable knowledge and wisdom. SOPRANO. Dance ability a plus. 
 
[TURKEY BOY] Male identifying, 10-14 years old, a ragamuffin; Low British/Cockney accent.
 
[YOUNG SCROOGE] Caucasian, male identifying, 8-12 years old, neglected and thoughtful.
 
[TINY TIM] Male or female, 6-8 years old, walks with a crutch, weak but ever optimistic.
 
[FAN] Female identifying, 7-9 years old, a bundle of youthful excitement, although frail; British accent.
 
[MARTHA CRATCHIT] Female identifying, 14-18 years old, the first child, protective of her sister and brothers; dance ability a plus.
 
[BELINDA CRATCHIT] Female identifying, 7-11 years old, bubbly and fun loving.

Additional youth ensemble roles are available.
